Payment of your product (Course/Workshop/Seminar/Class/) implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions

1. All product must be paid in full in advance online at time of purchase

2. Cancellations:

1. Cancellations made prior to appointment will incur the full fee.

   1. No transfers or refunds.

      1. Nicole Hanniffy t/a 4 Furry Paws Glaway reserves the right to cancel an appointment. Any appointment cancelled by Nicole Hanniffy t/a, will be rescheduled for a later date. 

Client Responsibility for Dog Safety and Compliance

The client acknowledges and agrees to take full responsibility for the behavior and safety of their dog during all coaching sessions, including in public places. If your dog has a history of aggression or poses a bite risk, it is your duty to ensure that the dog is properly muzzled to prevent any incidents and to disclose this information to us prior to training. Additionally, clients must comply with all relevant regulations concerning restricted breeds, including the use of muzzles as required by law. The service provider is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or legal issues arising from the client's failure to adhere to these responsibilities.

Veterinary Responsibility

Should we advise that a veterinary examination is necessary, it is the client's responsibility to ensure that this is promptly arranged and completed.

Weather Conditions and Session Cancellation

Consultations will proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions. Clients are expected to dress appropriately for the weather and wear suitable footwear. In the event of extreme weather, Nicole Haniffy t/a, reserves the right to cancel sessions, even at short notice, if travel conditions are deemed unsafe. If such a cancellation occurs, the session will be rescheduled.
